Walnut Canon Study
Welcome to the Walnut Canyon Special Study website.
The website is organized as follows:
- The Background tab provides information on the special study, including background information, overview of the study, major steps in the study, and a general project schedule
- The Public Involvement tab provides information on the current public outreach. The current public comment period has been extended through July 26, 2010.
- The Public Comment Entry tab allows you to provide comments on the project on-line.
- The Project Information tab includes downloadable project documents that are available to date.
The website will be updated as appropriate times throughout the project.
The US Forest Service, Coconino National Forest; the National Park Service, Walnut Canyon National Monument; the City of Flagstaff; and Coconino County are partners in this Special Study.
